QSFP-DD 400GBASE-DR4 silicon photonics transceiver is based on a new state-of-the-art silicon photonics (SiPh) platform. It uses SiPh chips that integrate a number of active and passive optoelectronic components, 3D packaging technology and industry-leading 7nm DSP chips. It is a cost-effective and lower power consumption solution for 400GBASE data center.
The 400GBASE-DR4 silicon photonics module supports link lengths of up to 500m SMF with MTP/MPO-12 connector. It is compliant with QSFP-DD MSA, IEEE 802.3bs protocol and 400GAUI-8 standards. The 400 Gigabit Ethernet signal is carried over four parallel lanes by one wavelength per lane. It can be used as 4x100G breakout to QSFP28-DR-100G.

Returns Policy
All products have been thoroughly tested to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period under adop.cn warranty policy, adop.cn, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge.
For non-defective product purchased directly from adop.cn, you may return it within 15 days from the original date of purchase for a refund.
In the unlikely event of a wrong or defective or failed item that you want to ask for return and refund within 15 days of delivery, immediately make note of the part number, serial number and description and proof of issue. Email or call your sales representative to submit part(s) and receive an RMA # and return instruction via email. Return tracking No. must be provided within 7 working days after you receive the RMA in order to get a full refund (refunds don't include freight charge and transaction cost). You should expect to receive your refund within 2 months of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
RMA is not acceptable if: Products exceeds the warranty period. Products don't accord with adop.cn warranty policy. No RMA agreement was reached with a adop.cn sales representative before RMA. RMA is not done based on adop.cn RMA instructions. For customers who do not practice sparing, replacement product is usually in stock and ready to ship.
Return Part Package You must adequately package any product you are returning to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. All original items including packaging must also be returned. You may choose to return the product by your own means or we will arrange for any products you want returned to be collected, at your cost.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.
