Shipping

ADOP products does its best to ship orders as fast as possible. Most orders are shipped out same day if they are purchased before 2:00pm Pacific Time. Anything later, no worries, we will ship it out the next Business day. If Monday is a holiday we will ship it on the following business day. We use UPS or USPS on most occasions to ship small orders, any large orders we will look to one of our experienced freight carriers to deliver you your items. Please note delivery date is based on carrier ETA and not guaranteed, unless guaranteed service is purchased.

We do our best to make sure what we have in stock reflects on our website. On many of our items we do carry more quantities than is listed. Feel free to contact us if you are needing larger quantities and we will happily get back to you with more information.

Do You Ship Internationally

We can ship internationally. We can ship to freight forwarders as well. Please contact us ahead of time for quotes on international shipments.

Our primary shipping method is UPS and USPS. We offer shipping services such as ground, 3-day, 2nd-day and next day air. We also use various freight companies to deliver larger orders. Please contact us anytime for a shipping quote.

Orders and Returns

What is our return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we can offer a refund up to 30 days from when the order was shipped. Please contact us for all return inquiries. Ship all returns pre-paid to us at 641 E. Walnut St. Carson, CA 90746. Infinity Cable Products will pay return shipping only if the returns are due to defect, damage or the wrong item is shipped.

Upon return of the product(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund of replacement. Products returned for reasons other than defect, damage or our error will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Custom manufactured products or custom cut bulk cables are not returnable for reasons other than those stated above.

How Can I Cancel An Order

If you would like to cancel an order please email us or call as soon as possible and we can cancel your order. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

About Will Call Orders

Place an order online by selecting local pickup to have your order ready at our will call. Will call orders are typically ready for pickup an hour after the order is placed. Will call orders are available at our Carson, California location.

How Do I Track My Order

After placing an order you will be emailed a tracking number after we have shipped out your order. This link will provide you all the details regarding your order. If you by chance never received a tracking confirmation please email or call us and we'd be happy to re-send that to you.
